Ordinance No. 43

 

An Ordinance Regulation Possession of Open Container of Any Intoxicating Liquor or Non-Intoxicating Malt Liquor Within the City of Badg= er and Imposing Penalties for Violation.

 

The City Council of Badger Ordains:

 

   &nbs= p;        Section 1.  No person shall consume any intoxi= cating liquor or non-intoxicating malt liquor upon any public street, thoroughfare, sidewalk or alley in the City of Badger.

 

   &nbs= p;        Section 2.  No person shall have in his posses= sion while upon any public street, thoroughfare, sidewalk or alley in the City o= f Badger any bottle = or receptacle containing intoxicating liquor or non-intoxicating malt liquor w= hich have been opened, or the seal broken, or the contents of which have been partially removed.

 

   &nbs= p;        Section 3.&nbs= p; City Park.  At= 10:00 p.m. this park is clo= sed to everyone except campers.  When= the officer makes his rounds any non-campers in the park after 10:00 p.m. may be prosecuted.

The effective date of this Ordinance is the date of this Publicatio= n.
