Ordinance No. 50

 

An Ordinance Amending Ordinance No. 47 Licensing and Regulating the Conduct of Gambling.

 

The City Council of Badger Ordains:

 

That Section 5 is hereby amended to read as follows:

 

            Section 5.  License Fees. 

 

                        Subd. 1. Fee.  The annual fee for a tipboard shall be $200.00.

 

Passed and adopted by the City Council this 11th day of February, 1981.
