Ordinance No. 5 Second Series

ORDINANCE WHICH AMENDS CHAPTER 3.40, SUBD. 3 OF THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF BADGER, MINNESOTA.

THE CITY OF BADGER DOES ORDAIN:

Section 1. Subdivision 3 of Section 3.40 of the Code of the City of Badger, entitled “Rules and Regulations Relating to Refuse Collection and Disposal” is hereby amended by deleting the existing Subdivision 3 and inserting in its place the following new Subdivision 3:

Subd. 3. Disposal Required. Every owner or occupant of residential property or a business establishment shall, in a sanitary manner, dispose of refuse that may accumulate upon property owned or occupied by him. Refuse shall be disposed of by collection and transportation by the person or entity who has obtained a collection contract with the City to provide such collection services.

All other language contained in Chapter 3.40 of the Code of the City of Badger which has not been changed by this ordinance shall remain in full force and effect as if set forth herein.

This ordinance shall take effect upon publication in the Greenbush Tribune.
